How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, email [email protected] with your registered email address and our team will send you a secure password reset link within 30 minutes during business hours.

How do I access course materials?

All course materials are available through the student portal after enrolment. Once your payment is confirmed and your cohort start date arrives, you will receive login credentials via email. Materials include video lectures, reading guides, project briefs, and supplementary resources.

Can I switch courses after starting?

Yes, you can switch courses within the first 2 weeks of your program start date at no additional cost. Contact the admissions team at [email protected] to discuss available options and arrange the transfer to your preferred program.

What equipment do I need?

You will need a laptop with at least 8GB of RAM (16GB recommended), a stable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps), and a webcam for live sessions and pair programming. Both macOS and Windows are supported. Specific software requirements vary by course and will be provided during onboarding.

How do I get my certificate?

Your certificate of completion is issued within 2 weeks of successfully finishing your program. It will be emailed to you as a verified digital certificate and will also be available for download from your student portal. You can share it directly to LinkedIn from the portal.

Is there a student discount?

We offer early bird pricing for students who enrol at least 4 weeks before their cohort start date, as well as needs-based scholarships for eligible applicants. Visit our course pages for current pricing or contact our admissions team to discuss financial assistance options.

Can I pause my enrolment?

One deferral is allowed per enrolment for up to 6 months. Life happens, and we understand that. Contact your Student Success Manager to arrange a deferral. You will be placed into the next available cohort when you are ready to resume.

How do I contact my instructor?

You can reach your instructor via the dedicated Slack workspace for your cohort. Instructors are available during business hours and typically respond within a few hours. Additionally, weekly office hours are scheduled for live Q&A, where you can ask questions and get real-time help with your projects.
