Refund Policy

At CodePath Australia, we want you to feel confident about your investment in education. We understand that circumstances change, and we have designed our refund policy to be fair and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully to understand your options.

Cooling-Off Period

We offer a full refund within 7 days of enrolment, no questions asked. If for any reason you change your mind after enrolling in a CodePath program, simply contact us within seven (7) calendar days of your enrolment date to receive a complete refund of all fees paid.

This cooling-off period applies regardless of whether the program has commenced and aligns with Australian Consumer Law protections. Refunds under the cooling-off period will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days of your request.

Before Program Start

If you cancel your enrolment after the 7-day cooling-off period but before the program start date, you are entitled to a full refund minus a $250 AUD administration fee. This fee covers the costs associated with processing your application, account setup, and cohort allocation.

To cancel before the program start date, please email our refunds team with your student ID and a brief explanation. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your request.

During Program

We offer a pro-rata refund during the first two weeks of the program. After week 2, no refund is available for voluntary withdrawal.

After Week 2 (Day 15 onward) No refund

Pro-rata refunds are calculated based on the total tuition fee and are exclusive of any materials or resources that have already been provided. If you are on a payment plan, any outstanding balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Job Guarantee Refund

CodePath stands behind the quality of our programs with a Job Guarantee. If you meet all eligibility requirements and do not secure a qualifying position within 180 days of program completion, you are entitled to a 100% tuition refund.

To qualify for the Job Guarantee refund, you must have:

Income Share Agreement

For students enrolled under an Income Share Agreement (ISA), the following protections apply:

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your student ID (found in your student portal dashboard or enrolment confirmation email).
  3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request. While a reason is not required for cooling-off period refunds, it helps us improve our programs and services.
  4. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional information if required.
  5. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving a complete refund request (or 30 business days for Job Guarantee refund claims).

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. For bank transfers, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
